We don't do anything weird with your data. We collect the bare minimum to do our job, we don't sell it, and we don't share it with anyone who doesn't need it. That's it.
When you get in touch or become a client, we'll have some of your info. Here's what and why:
Your name and email so we can talk to you like a human being.
Your phone number if you give it to us. We won't cold call you at tea time.
Your business details so we can build you a website that actually makes sense.
Payment info handled by our payment processor. We never see your card details.
We use your info to build your website, send you updates about your project, and handle billing. We might also send the occasional email about something we think you'd genuinely find useful. No spam.
Nobody who doesn't need to. Our hosting provider and payment processor have access to what they need to do their jobs. We don't sell your data. We don't give it to marketing companies. We don't let anyone rummage through it for fun.
This site uses basic analytics cookies to help us understand how people use the site. Nothing creepy. No tracking you around the internet. No targeted ads. If you'd rather we didn't, your browser's cookie settings will sort that out.
You can ask us what data we hold on you, ask us to delete it, or tell us to stop using it. Just email us and we'll sort it. No forms, no hoops, no waiting three weeks for a reply.
Email [email protected] and ask us anything. We're friendly, we promise.
